I have been privileged to help companies by designing and organising
bespoke training programmes which aim to solve a specific organisational
training need.
In 2007 I assisted Mitie Engineering Maintenance to establish a bespoke ILM
accredited programme of New Manager Training which was piloted and then
delivered across the UK and was nominated for a National Training Award.

This has enabled Mitie to have a employee turnover rate (churn) of 2.4 % compared with an industry average of 15% which is six times lower enabling a cost saving (lower training, recruitment and customer costs) and profit maximisation through happy employees delivering excellence to happy customers.
